Girls 11+ Fall Ball -- Starting Aug. 9  --  Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. -10 a.m. every Saturday. Annual Meeting Sept. 21 and Elections  --  The annual meeting of the CBC Board of Directors will be held this Sept. 21 at 6:30 p.m. in the Administration Building. Agenda for this open meeting will be the summary of events and accomplishments of the club, future plans, and the financial status. Annual elections for trustee positions will also be held. The Board of Directors is made up of 17 trustees. This year, 9 positions will be open for election, with 5 present Trustees running for re-election. Those running for a board seat should know that the likely committees needing filled are : Equipment manager, Tournament Director, Director of CBC scheduling and Director of Fund Raising and Development. CBC Membership  --  This season, we have used sign-in sheets during all CBC work days. Accordingly, we have tracked volunteer hours, per the sheets. These volunteer hours will be used to determine eligible candidates for board positions. Our plan for next year is to define regular membership into the CBC (thus determining voting eligibility at the general membership meeting) to those who have confirmed work hours (# of hours to be determined and announced).
