The CBC asks that managers do not schedule vacations during the season that interfere with their regular season game schedule. Games shall not be moved to accommodate vacation schedules.

I am applying for a manager or coach position. I allow the Canfield Baseball Club to perform a background check on me. I understand that managers and coaches are chosen by the CBC Executive Board. The CBC Executive Board reviews the selections and the approved names are then given to the President of CBC. The approval process is based on the manager’s baseball experience, baseball manager experience, the CBC’s past experiences with him/her as a manager and member, volunteer time at the CBC, references from club members, number of years as a club member, and an approved background check. Under Little League rules, the president has the sole authority to recommend managers and coaches.
